Question: How long does it take to register ? Answer: The registration is absolutely easy, you wonīt need much time. After successful registration you will receive your entrance data sent to your e-mail address.
Question: Are there any obligations if I am registered at EuroGem.biz ? Answer: You do not have any obligations. The registration is for free we will not force you to buy any goods.
Question: Do I have to pay any fees for registration ? Answer: The registration is for free. You do not have to pay any fees.
Question: I canīt remember my password, what shall I do ? Answer: Please click on the link "Lost Password?" below the login-area on the right site, which you will see on each EuroGem.biz website. Here you can request for a new passwort, which will be sent to your e-mail address. Please type in your username (=e-mail address), click on "Request" and a new password will be generated automatically.
Question: I have lost my entire entrance data, what shall I do ? Answer: In this case please contact our support.
Question: My home country is not listed on your site, anyway can I register ? Answer: Persons or companies from countries, which are not listed in our registration-form are also welcome. Please contact our support, tell us your country and we will make an system-update, so that you can easily register.
Question: Is everybody allowed to register ? Answer: Every company or persons (aged 18 and older) worldwide are allowed to register.
Question: I am a company and would like to tell you my european VAT number, is that possible ? Answer: Yes, that is possible. You can tell us your VAT number by updating your Profile. Your VAT number will be checked and after successful authentication the VAT will be activated. So if you are a european company, you will get your invoice total without 19% tax.
