Question: What is your delivery time ? Answer: Delivery time depends on the final destination. You will receive your goods in about 2-7 days after dispatch.
Question: What is your shipping methode ? Answer: You can choose between two shipping options: Non-Insured shipping and Insured shipping. Your goods will be sent via DHL, FedEx, Deutsche Post or any other forwarding agent.
Question: What is your shipping rate ? Answer: The shipping rate for non-insured shippping is 5.00 € worldwide. If you prefer to ship your goods with full insurance, the shipping rate depends on your final destination and will cost 10.00 € or 30.00 €. Please look at our Shipping-Page in the HelpDesk section for further informations about the shipping rates.
Question: What about if my package is lost or damaged ? Answer: If your package is damaged, please contact us immediately after receipt. It would be great if you could make some photographs of the damages, so that we can send them to the forwarding agent. We will immediately inform the forwarding agent and claim the delivery. If your package is missing we will contact the forwarding agent 14 days after dispatch of goods and claim the lost package. We highly recommend that you use insured shipping as your shipping methode, so your goods have a full insurance against delivery-damages and are insured if they are lost.
Question: Do you ship with full insurance ? Answer: If you choose insured shipping, your goods will be sent with full insurance and you will have no risk in case of damaged delivery or missing parcels.
Question: Do you informe me about the dispatch of my goods ? Answer: Yes, you will be informed about the dispatch of your goods via e-mail.
Question: What if my goods are out of stock for a short time ? Answer: If the goods are contrary to expectations not in stock, we will informe you via e-mail. Normally all goods are in stock and can be sent out immediately.
