Just choose the product category on the left site and you will be automatically forwarded to the online-shop. Choose your product, type in your quantity and submit your product into your shopping-cart. If you have finished collecting products, please click on the shopping-cart link on the right site below the "News" to see all your collected products and to proceed with the order. Question: Do you have minimum order quantities ? Answer: No, there are no minimum order quantities. Every order no matter how big is welcome! Question: Can I order via Phone or Fax ? Answer: No, that is not possible. We are sorry, but we try to improve that situation next time. Question: How long does it take before my order is in process ? Answer: We will receive your order right now when you have received your online confirmation. From that time on your order is in process. In a way what payment methode you have chosen your goods will be sent out before receipt of payment or we will prepare your goods for dispatch and wait for your payment before sending them out. Question: Will I receive an order confirmation through e-mail ? Answer: Yes, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your e-mail address.
