All listed goods are normally on stock items and will be usually shipped within 1-7 days. In a way what payment methode you have chosen your goods will be sent out before receipt of payment or we will prepare your goods for dispatch and wait for your payment before sending them out. You will be informed about the dispatch of your goods via email. From time to time goods are running out because of high quantity orders and so there maybe some delay in shipping. In that case you will be informed about the delay and goods will be shipped immediately after arriving. The delivery time is different and depends on the final destination. You will normally receive your goods within 2-7 days after shipping.

Important Shipping Notes

Lost/Damaged parcels: If EuroGem.biz despatches goods with full value insurance, we have full rights to claim if your goods do not reach their destination, or if there is any damage in the received parcel.

Correct Shipping Address: Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before final check out because an incorrect shipping address could be a cause of delivery failure.

Duties / Taxes: Please note that EuroGem.biz is not responsible for any applicable customs, import duties and taxes outside Germany. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We highly recommend, that you choose insured shipping as your prefered shipping methode. Insured shipping is the standard methode to ship goods at EuroGem.biz.
