Do I have to take over all potential bank transfer fees by myself ? 7. Do I have to pay fees for a PayPal payment ? Question: What payment methodes do you accept ? Answer: We accept bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal and if you are a reliable customer, you can also use payment on invoice and cash on delivery as payment methode, but these two payment methodes are not available from the beginning. Question: Do you accept credit cards ? Answer: No we do not accept credit card payments. We are sorry. But you can use PayPal as alternative payment methode. Question: Can I use another payment methode then listed on your site ? Answer: Please tell us your prefered payment methode and we will decide if we are able to accept that methode. Question: How long does it take before I will receive my order after I made a payment ? Answer: That depends on your payment methode. Goods will be usually sent out after the receipt of payment or they will be sent out before payment, if you are able to use payment on invoice or C.O.D. as payment methode. Delivery time is about 2-7 days and depends on the final destination. Question: Will you give notice about the arrival of my payment ? Answer: Yes, you will receive an e-mail about the receipt of payment. Question: Do I have to take over all potential bank transfer fees by myself ? Answer: The sender (buyer) has to take over all potential bank fees. Question: Do I have to pay fees for a PayPal payment ?
